When you are working with the Brush tool in PS (that will be my shortcut for Photoshop)...instead of opening up the options bar (at the top) every time you want to change the brush size...
**Use the left bracket “[” (located next to the letter p on your keyboard) to decrease the Brush size and the right bracket “]” to increase the Brush size. This really speeds up using the tool.
